The Capuchin Friars of the Custody of Malaysia-Singapore came together at Saint Pio Seminar Room, Saint Francis of Assisi Church, Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia, for a period of three consecutive days (January 25th to 27th, 2022) to discuss, vote and elect a new Custos, and two of his Councilors.
Br. Valentine Gompok, OFM Cap., was elected as the new Custos, followed by his First Councilor, Br. Michael Raymond, OFM Cap., and Br. Gilbert James, OFM Cap., as the Second Councilor. Let us wish them all the best in their new office in leading the Custody!
