Blessed 1st Sacerdotal Anniversary

February 27^th is the most memorable day for Fr. Gilbert James, OFM Cap, and a day which marks the Anniversary of his priestly ordination.

This year 2022, Fr. Gilbert just celebrated his 1^st Sacerdotal Ordination anniversary with his community at St. Pio Spirituality Center, Ulu Tiram, Johor.

In his homily, Fr. Gilbert expressed his gratitude for a year’s journey as a young priest, and he shared the challenges he faced in life, and how he was strengthened by the grace of God in his faith and ministry.

Later that evening, the community prepared a simple fellowship—a cake-cutting ceremony to complete the day of celebration.
